These terms govern your use of PRVNTR. This is a working draft and will be revised before general availability.

By creating an account or connecting a business, you agree to these terms.
Description of Service
PRVNTR is a business intelligence dashboard. It ingests data reported by you or your connected storefront through our API and visualizes it — items, categories, offers, and revenue — to help you spot mistakes before they cost you. It optionally supports bidding on items your business has opened up for it.
Accounts & Responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and business API key secure, and for all activity that happens under your account or business.
Plans & Billing
The Basic plan is free and subject to the member, category, and item limits shown on the plans page. Plus and Premium plans are coming soon and will introduce paid billing at that time.
API & Data Ingestion
You're responsible for the accuracy of any data your storefront reports to us through the ingest API. We display and aggregate what we receive — we don't independently verify it.
Bidding
When bidding is enabled on an item, PRVNTR is a reporting layer only — offers and sales happen on your own storefront and are relayed to us by your store. PRVNTR is not a party to the underlying transaction between your business and a buyer.
Termination
A business owner may permanently delete their business at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
PRVNTR is provided "as is." We're not liable for business decisions made based on data displayed in the dashboard, or for losses arising from inaccurate data reported through the ingest API.
Changes to These Terms
We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever these terms change in a meaningful way.
