This policy explains what information PRVNTR collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It's a working draft and will be revised before general availability.
Information We Collect
Account information you provide (email, username, profile picture). Business data you or your connected storefront report to us via the dashboard or the ingest API (items, categories, prices, offers, sales). If you sign in with Google or GitHub, basic profile information from that provider. Standard usage data needed to operate the service.
How We Use Your Information
To operate and improve the dashboard, authenticate your sessions, enforce your plan's limits, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Where Your Data Lives
Access and refresh tokens are stored in your browser. Business and item data lives in our database, scoped to your business account.
Third-Party Services
We use Google and GitHub solely as optional sign-in providers. We don't share your data with them beyond what's required to authenticate you.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your business account exists. Deleting your business permanently deletes its categories, items, offers, invites, and API key.
Your Rights
You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by contacting us. Business owners can delete their business directly from Settings.
Changes to This Policy
We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes in a meaningful way.
